NCS uses inquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, prepare or coordinate services, maintain appropriate business records, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website and do not use project-request details to build advertising profiles.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to identify automated abuse. Cloudflare may process device, network, and interaction signals under its own privacy terms.

Valid inquiries are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the message contents and delivery metadata needed to send the inquiry to NCS. Hosting, network, and security providers may process limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar browser storage as part of its security checks. Restricted operations pages use authentication cookies when an authorized user signs in. NCS does not currently place advertising cookies through the public website.

NCS retains inquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate potential or active work, maintain business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention therefore depends on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask NCS to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website inquiry. Some information may need to be retained when required for an active project, legitimate business records, security, or legal compliance.
